We take reasonable precautions to pack and transport your goods safely. Any damage claims should be reported at the time of delivery so they can be reviewed promptly.
Customers are requested to disclose the correct inventory, any restricted or hazardous items, and access constraints (stairs, lift availability, narrow lanes) at the time of booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
